ANN ARBOR, MI — Get prepared to obtain home décor, couches and, of training course, recliners from a new La-Z-Boy showroom in the Ann Arbor location.
La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Décor opened its place at 3020 Lohr Road on Thursday, Feb. 9. Originally the furnishings retail outlet was set to open in December 2022, but products delays pushed its functions back again.
Buyers can uncover a variety of furniture choices like recliners, chairs, sofas, loveseats, sectionals, beds, dining place tables and household décor.
“We have beautiful house extras and anything you could picture for your residence,” said La-Z-Boy’s Director of Retail Operations Leslie Dempsey. “There’s a lot a lot more products and solutions than I believe most people understand — you are not going to go into that store and just see recliners.”
This new shop marks the company’s seventh locale in southeast Michigan, Dempsey said, incorporating in total there are 370 La-Z-Boy showrooms that are both corporately or independently-owned.
The new locale marks the company’s return to the Ann Arbor space, as the chain earlier had a retailer at 1201 Briarwood Circle.
“We’re very excited about Ann Arbor. It is just a lovely area and the households are extremely stunning,” Dempsey stated. “We’ve acquired a amazing staff at that retail outlet that will provide an superb customer encounter.”
The home furniture retailer is getting in excess of the site of the former Joe’s Crab Shack restaurant that shut down in 2017 immediately after the company pulled out of Michigan. La-Z-Boy confirmed in October 2021 it would open up a retailer in the room.
Alongside with home furnishings, the store also provides a free in-house structure consultation application. La-Z-Boy designers will “show you your area just before you make a determination,” on buying something, Dempsey reported.
“We set our shoppers initially and it has often been that way,” she explained. “Whether we are speaking about designing an entire area or even an total property or we’re conversing about a one recliner order — there is very little that we price a lot more than our consumer working experience.”
To rejoice its new spot, La-Z-Boy will host a grand opening event beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25. Customers can count on to get 30{6b977529af4b490fe19a3f85472c6203ccfa467a56646e317a890c6580e8b827} off items, participate in some giveaways and perhaps even get residence a La-Z-Boy recliner.
La-Z-Boy Residence Furnishings & Décor is open up 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday by way of Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
