Massive anniversary sale at Arramount Furniture
TO mark its first anniversary trading in Nenagh Retail Park, Arramount Furniture are holding a massive sale starting on this Friday, October 1.
And what a better time to have a sale of top quality furniture as people plan to give their homes a new look after enduring long periods of lockdown. Now it’s time to get out and make those purchases that enhance your home and have it looking splendid for Christmas. The Arramount label takes its name from the Arra Mountains overlooking Ballina and Portroe. This decision reflects the core values of the founders who remain a big part of the community in Ballina, and where the owner of the Nenagh store, Bill Molloy, was raised and still lives, Alternative Medicine.
Because of this the Nenagh store – which is one of the largest furniture stores in Munster, and which has an incredible range to choose from – provides its customers with a highly personal service.
“If you’re buying furniture it’s a substantial investment, so we try to guide you through that investment,” says Bill, who has a vast knowledge of the business as his family have been retailing in furniture nationwide under the Arramount brand for over a quarter of a century.
“We try to facilitate you as best we can and give you professional advice on a piece of furniture that might best suit your home.
“Our customers and potenital customers are from the local community and we are local too, so we do our very best to look after everyone who comes in to our store,” says Bill.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bill’s message to the crowds expected to flock to the store for the anniversary sale from this weekend and over the following weeks is: “We need you to keep our business running. We know that without you we are not going to have a business so we are very much customer focused, and all our staff are local. We are not part of some big corporation. We are a business rooted in this community.”
Arramount Furniture’s local store covers and incredible 15,000 square feet of space spanning over a ground and first floor. This means that the range of furniture to choose from is absolutely vast.
Arramount Furniture stocks everything you need to furnish your living room, dining room and bedrooms, including sofas, chairs and a huge array of accessories from lamps to rugs to mirrors, bookcases, pictures and much more.
FREE DELIVERY SERVICE
Arramount operates a free delivery service to customers within a 40 kilometre radius of Nenagh. “That’s the kind of personal service we offer people from as far away as Birr, Portumna, Shinrone, South Offaly and into East Clare, Lower Ormond and right over into Borrisoleigh and The Ragg,” says Bill, who points out that the store also delivers nationwide.
Arramount, keenly aware that the festive season is only a few short months away and that everyone will be giving their homes a fresh new look for Christmas, has responded accordingly. “We are well stocked and we have beautiful and exceptionally high quality furniture to offer at very competitive rates,” says Bill.
“Our stock include the lovely Eden range of furniture and we have everything customers could want to enhance their bedrooms, living rooms and dining spaces.”
Bill says dining room sets are proving very popular as customers this year plan to make Christmas dinner even more special as we hopefully emerge from the pandemic. “We have an unbelieveable range of modern metal leg tables. We have tables with solid oak tops which are very good sellers and we have spider leg and cross leg tables. Customes just have to come to our store to see our dining sections and the value for money on offer.
“In terms of living room suites, again we have plenty of stock in recliners, three-two-ones, corners, and we also stock ornate and handmade suites, and we are well stocked up in bedroom furniture too.”
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
Like all businesses, Arramount Furniture, based at Unit 5 in Nenagh Retail Park, has had to deal with the pandemic restrictions which disrupted custom in the first few months since it opened a branch in the town a year ago.
But as society began to open up again over the past few months Bill says the people of the local community, and indeed from all over Tipperary, East Clare, South Offaly and South Galway, have really shown their support.
“We want to thank everyone for the loyalty they have shown to us in our first year in Nenagh and we want to let people know that we are here in the town, which is very accessible just off the M7 motorway, and that we are just about to launch a fabulous sale from this Friday,” says Bill.
“We also want to let people know that our prices will always be very keen and we will compete with anyone in terms of price and quality. We offer a good product at a good price and that’s what it’s all about when you’re a local business serving local people.”
Arramount Furniture, which developed a nationwide brand for excellence, was established by Bill’s father Liam over a quarter of a century ago and in that time it managed to forge close relationships with top suppliers all over the world who manufacture only the best quality products.
GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
To visit the Nenagh store at Stereame is a really pleasant shopping experience.
Says Bill: “People who come in to our store will discover that all our staff are local and want to look after them. We want to let our potential customers know that we are approachable, that we will look after you when you come in and will allow you to browse at your leisure without pushing a sale.
“We will look after you if you need us to and give you the best advice we have. What we offer is a really nice environment and a unique shopping experience.”
Arramount Furniture is open seven days a week, Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6pm and on Sundays from 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
